1.Delegation of Duties
The Board of Trustees has determined that it is necessary and prudent for the proper and expeditious functioning of the University to delegate the following duties and powers as delegated by state law or the Board of Governors. Unless explicitly reserved herein, the Board delegates the authority to the Chancellor to make operational and management decisions to ensure the proper and expeditious function of the University, except as otherwise required by Board of Governors Policy or law.
